Expertise & Associates

We are part of a northern European network of partners and associates that specialises in retail marketing and management. Working in this way with our partners across boarders, provides our customers with a unique ability to reach markets they would not otherwise be able to reach. This gives us the flexibility to expand and contract to suit our customers needs. We beleive this is a very cost effective model, for us and for you.

To keep this network performing effectively and to maintain our high standards we periodically arrange conferences and workshops to strengthen working relationships and share knowledge. This bond gives us the unique ability to work in a strategic manner, executing northern European initiatives on a local scale.

Scandinavia

We have offices in Oslo, Norway and Stockholm, Sweden and are therefore ideally positioned to work with businesses and organisations across Northern Europe. This also gives us the flexibility to grow to suit our customers needs. We beleive this is the most cost effective model for our customers.

Local knowledge is decisive factor in whether or not a project is success. Scandinavian is not as culturally homogeneous as someone coming from outside it might think. We therefore use our resources to learn about these challenges in relation to communicating locally and the nuances of culture.

About Us

Scandinavian Retail Group was founded in 2005 as a strategic retail management agency. We work harder to understand the challenges our customers face in retail, using our knowledge and expertise to manage and increase sales for a broad range of companies, from new-starts to international brands and organisations.

Attitude & Philosophy

We don't profess to know all of the answers, we need your knowledge and expertise to make it work, but we do have considerable experience in sales and retail from a broad range of business sectors. We also know that all of our customers face the same challenge—how to sell more products or services.
But as markets become increasingly more competitive and saturated how do companies keep their competitive edge?
Advertising campaigns and billboards certainly succeeded in getting people into the shops to buy products, but once they are there, which brand do they buy? It is here they decide whether it will be a Sony Ericsson or a Nokia.
How can you ensure it goes your way?
Our attitude regarding this is quite simple, train the sales person in the finer details of your product, help them understand your brand, identity, products and most of all nurture respect and allegiance. This is something we have great expertise in, so give us a call if you would like some help on this and other retail challenges.
